About Juan Brooks

My career in real estate spans over 25 years with 19 of those years operating as a real estate broker. I'm currently working in the REO/Foreclosure field of business and have done so for the last 12 years. I'm have experience in dealing with companies such as Premiere Asset Services, One West Bank, Sun trust Bank, Vendor Resource Management, Fannie Mae, Old Republic and others. My background in the REO/Foreclosure field is diverse, Lockouts, Occupancy Inspections, BPO's, Monthly Status Reports, Utility activation and trash outs are a task I am very comfortable with and experienced at completing. My Real Estate background also reflects that I am experience in listing, marketing and selling short sale homes. Over my career I have listed and sold 27 homes that were approved for a short sale. Their sale prices ranged from 15,000 to 238,000 , and with my experience the seller's financial information was submitted to the banks and approved on their initial submission. My services include working with negotiators to negotiate a contract for buyer's and seller's during the short sale process and understanding and distributing contracts and bank documents to all parties for closing. Most of my clients that sold their home through short sale was forgiven for their deficient amount owed.
